Rating My Day

I read on Alex Noren's blog that he is going to start rating his days on a 1-5 scale so I thought I might do the same.

I'm going to start with yesterday (Sunday).

Slept in till 1030 and felt lazy because of it (2).
Half heartedly did my stretching and golf exercises (2).
Ate Nandos for lunch with salad- reasonably healthy (3).
Spent the afternoon doing college application stuff which made me feel good about myself and the possibilities out there for me (4).
Filling in college online form after form was tedius and made me tired (1).
Went to a friends 21st birthday. It was ok (3).
Ended up at Hungry Jacks after Club Bay View and didn't eat any Hungry Jacks (4).

Today (Monday).

Woke up at 10am and again felt like a slob (2).
Cooked a good breakfast- scrambled eggs of toast (4).
Did some golf exercises (3).
Spoke to my sports psych Domenic on the phone and he offered me a part scholarship to his program!! (5).
Had lunch with Vikram at Cimbalino's and had a good chat (4).
Did more golf exercises (3).
Listened to Wiz Khalifa- Black and Yellow (5).

Physio later today and then either gym or golf. Can't decide yet. Will wait and see what Chris (Physio) thinks.
